Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your username and hashed password. When you join the waitlist, we store your email address.

Your parts data

We do not store your mesh files, CAD models, or any part geometry on our servers. When you upload a mesh file, it is processed entirely in memory. Once the pipeline completes and you download your result, all part data is deleted. We have no access to your designs after your session ends.

How we use it

Account credentials: to authenticate you
Waitlist emails: to notify you about product updates
Uploaded meshes: processed in real-time, deleted when your session ends
Usage metrics: conversion counts to enforce plan limits (no geometry stored)

AI processing

If you use AI features (chatbot, dimension planner), your feature tree data (not raw mesh geometry) is sent to Claude via the Claude CLI. This is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy. No mesh data is sent to any third party.

Data storage

Account data (username, hashed password) is stored in a database on the server. Passwords are hashed with SHA-256. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. No part geometry or CAD files are stored.

Cookies

We use a session token cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies or analytics scripts.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. You can request data export by contacting us.
